Disclaimer

General information only

KeySprint is a free typing practice website. The scores, explanations, benchmarks, certificates, and practice pages are provided for general information, learning, and self-improvement. They should not be treated as official testing, employment screening, legal advice, medical advice, or professional certification.

Typing scores can vary

WPM, accuracy, errors, and heatmap results can change based on your keyboard, device, browser, screen size, selected duration, test text, posture, fatigue, and how familiar you are with the words. A score on KeySprint may not exactly match a score from another typing platform or employer test.

Certificates are practice records

KeySprint certificates are downloadable summaries of your test result. They are useful for personal records and sharing your progress, but they are not guaranteed to be accepted by employers, schools, agencies, or licensing bodies. Always check the requirements of the organization asking for a typing certificate.

Specialty test content

Medical terminology, 911 dispatcher, coding, Spanish, and other specialty tests are designed for typing practice. They may include realistic words, scenarios, addresses, symptoms, or technical phrases, but they are not training programs for those professions and should not be relied on for professional decisions.

Website availability

We aim to keep KeySprint fast, accurate, and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may change, test content may be updated, and pages may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or technical issues.

External links

KeySprint may link to or reference third-party websites. Those websites have their own content and policies. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or changes.

Use your judgment

Use KeySprint as a helpful practice tool, not as the only measure of your ability. If a typing score matters for a job, class, application, or official process, confirm the exact test format and certificate requirements with that organization.
